MX731 can be paired up with the QCast App to present from PC or smart devices. QCast App helps users to directly project a wide range of files including photos, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF files from your PCs or smart devices onto the big screen. QCast App also comes with other beneficial functions to enhance your efficiency and convenience in meetings.

*For M73 series projectors, QCast software needs to be paired up with the wireless dongle WDRT8192, an optional accessory.

Easy Wireless Presentations with Optional WDRT8192
Equipped for WiFi readiness, MX731 enables convenient wireless projection via QCast App from PC or mobile devices by connecting a USB wireless dongle* to a specific port at the back of the projector named ”WIRELESS DONGLE”.

Split-Screen & Effective Meeting Control
MX731 allows projection from up to four different PC or smart devices via QCast App, enabling more ideas to be shared effectively. QCast App has an extremely user-friendly interface for meeting hosts to control wireless presentation access from other presenters and assigning display positions, ensuring smooth and effective meetings.


Live Internet Connectivity via QCast App
Unlike conventional networked projectors that cannot easily access the Web during wireless presentations, QCast App offers MX731 users flexible Internet connectivity through external internet configuration. Presenters can browse the internet whenever needed to search and share information.

Present Wirelessly From PCs or Mobiles
Offering users multiple wireless projection options, QCast App can mirror PC content or extend its display to share information. MX731 lets smart devices display static photos or documents including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF files wirelessly. For Android 5.0 devices and above, users can mirror the smart devices' contents onto the big screen.

Handy Remote Control Function
QCast App also offers convenient remote control functionality with easy-to-read buttons to control the projector when it is ceiling mounted or when the remote control is not available.

2D Keystone for Any Angle Alignment
Adjusting the projected image vertically and horizontally to correct trapezoidal distortion when the projector is tilted or placed off-center, 2D Keystone compensates for any projection angle or position. The projector may be placed anywhere on a u-shaped table without hassle to enhance presentation freedom and optimal viewing experiences.

Corner Fit to Optimize Any Surface
A flexible and convenient way to align perfect pictures, Corner Fit adjusts each of the four corners of an image independently. When projecting on uneven spaces or restricted within a certain frame, Corner Fit corrects picture dimensions for professional results in any installation.


Comprehensive LAN Control Compatibility
BenQ business projectors are widely compatible with leading projector control systems including Crestron, AMX, PJ-Link, and Extron Control IP Link* for network control via LAN, making it simple to integrate into local networks. It also supports RS-232 for reliable long-distance installations up to 15 meters for situations without LAN.

* Developed by Extron, IP Link driver allows device monitoring, control, and support over LAN when MediaLink controller, IP Link Ethernet control interface, or other IP Link-enabled device is installed.


BenQ MDA to Control Multiple Projectors
BenQ Multiple Display Administrator (MDA) software provides powerful centralized multiple-projector management including automated opening and closing procedures for public spaces, remotely controlled power on and off, and scheduling for institutions and corporations.

Eco-Cycle System
A. SmartEco™ Mode: SmartEco™ Mode analyzes input content to determine the brightness required for optimal color and contrast performance, conserving up to 70% lamp power while delivering the finest image quality without compromise.

B. Eco Blank Mode: When the projector detects no source content, Eco Blank Mode automatically actives after 3 minutes of inactivity to eliminate distractions and save energy.

C. Auto Power Off: BenQ business projectors power down after 20 minutes of inactivity to eliminate energy waste and concerns for teachers of leaving the equipment on.

Quick Tips: Eco Blank Mode and SmartEco Mode can be activated directly using the remote control.

0.5W in Standby Mode
When inactive, BenQ business projectors keep power consumption to a minimum with 0.5W standby power, maximizing energy savings when the projector is connected but not in use.

LampSave Mode
Fewer lamp replacements and maintenance translate into an overall lower cost of ownership. LampSave Mode adjusts lamp power dynamically according to content to extend projector lamp life up to 50% compared to normal mode.
